The happy-go-lucky

Because it's good to be carefree

Will I like it here?

Maybe. Are you wanting a modern, stylish setup with a garden to boot? Yes? Well, keep reading...

Really? Tell me more...

You're set up to win if you're living here. Enjoy a cool drink in the terrace garden at the end of the day. Share stories around the table with your new flatmates.

We think it's ideal for a friendly, easy-going individual looking for digs to match. Feeling adventurous? Just jump on the train into London. Fun.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • Start growing your own container vege garden in the terraced garden. Sustainable.
  • Enjoy a bonding session at the dinner table over some delicious food.
  • Fancy a pint? Hop over the tracks and hit the local on a Saturday night.

But you need to know this...

  • There's no parking, but with the Overground station just 2-minutes away you'd never need a car.

And this...

  • The landlord also lives here with his partner and their cat. Meow.

Your Home-checker, Kamil, said:

“This house is conveniently located with transport, shops and eateries all nearby. Easy.”

Help me make up my mind...

This is a modern 6-bedroom house on Seven Kings Road, London. It's got comfortable communal living on lock, from the modern kitchen to the terraced garden.

We think this apartment is perfect for someone social looking for a comfortable setup. You're superbly located too, with the Seven Kings station just 2-minutes away.
