There is separate toilet on the ground floor. Rooms 5 and 6 also have access to external storage in the hallway.
The property is located in Travelcard Zone 2 the very central City of Westminster area. The house is close to various restaurants, shops, super markets, pubs, a cinema and a library. It is a single bus journey to either the famous Notting Hill, Portobello market or Camden Town.
