Looking for a cosy room in a large house with a garden? Located on Waldeck Road, just a short walk away from Turnpike Lane underground station, this house consists of 6 fully furnished bedrooms, along with a large dining combined living area, big, spacious kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with a shower and 2 separate toilets. Everything is shared with the tenants and this includes the fantastic garden where you can also find a table with chairs to spend some time with your new flatmates.
The flat is located within a few minutes walk to Turnpike Lane station which is well-connected to other parts of London and be able to reach the city center and Stratford in 30 minutes. Right on the corner of W Green Rd and Stanmore road, there are cafes, Chinese takeaway and restaurants. The area is handy as it has all the shops located near the station and Sainsbury's Local is just a 10-minute walk in that direction.
What we liked the most
- The house is huge and is located on a quiet residential street, but within walking distance of the area's high street, W Green Rd.
- The spacious backyard is equipped with table and chairs where you can relax the weekend away or have a BBQ.
- There are 2 separate toilets so there is no fighting with flatmates in the morning over the use of it.
- All bills are included in the rent!

- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
