As the only shared space is the kitchen with a dining area, the rooms provide plenty of privacy for each tenant. Each room comes with a private bathroom, independent key, and a double bed, and one of the room allows couples.

Southwark also hosts a variety of housing, from affordable to more prestigious apartments, mostly located above small shops and businesses. You can enjoy your lunch in many smaller cafes with outstanding personal service and then walk along the River Thames or visit one of many museums or galleries. A perfect borough for those who prefer to say near the city centre and be surrounded by culture and history.

  • The house is 3 minutes from the Southwark Tube station, giving tenants easy access to other parts of London.
  • Southwark is a central yet calm area of the city; famous monuments housed in the area include the Tate Modern and London Bridge!
