This is a great little studio flat, available to rent on Lancaster Gate in Bayswater. The studio has a double bed and a modern bathroom, and has storage and a TV. The kitchenette has a half-refrigerator with a freezer section, and an electric combi oven with a stove on top. The stand out feature is the lovely balcony, with plenty of space for a little table and chairs.

The location here is really fantastic, with multiple tube lines within a few minute's walk, and with lots of beautiful streets full of Edwardian houses all around. You will also be just moments from Kensington Gardens / Hyde Park! This upmarket area is also full of good bars and restaurants, and there's plenty of local shopping on Queensway, a few minute's walk away. For a different shopping experience, head in the other direction to Oxford Street about a 30-minute walk away, or 2 stops on the Central Line.

What we liked the most

  • We love the cute little balcony. What a lovely place to enjoy a coffee on a warm, sunny morning.
  • The flat has been recently renovated, and has new floors and a new bathroom.
  • You have the best garden in all of London - Hyde Park!
  • This is one of the most attractive areas of London - you can just wander the leafy streets and enjoy the architecture.
