This modern, split-level studio flat on Penywern Road, in Earl's Court, has all the amenities you may require in one compact little package. The open-concept living, dining and kitchen area make the most out of the limited space, with lots of natural light pouring in from the large French doors that open to a small but sunny balcony overlooking the street. What we liked the most

  • That balcony is the crown jewel of this flat.
  • There's something very comforting about the buildings lining Penywern Road.
  • You couldn't ask for a better location than this: a quiet residential area, with each access to public transportation and plenty of pubs and shops nearby. It's the best of all worlds!
  • There are so many gardens and parks around that you might forget you're in the middle of West London!
