This compact studio flat on the 3rd floor of a Victorian-style building in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, combines living, dining and sleeping areas with a fully-equipped kitchen to create an open-concept floor plan that makes the best use of the limited space available. A futon can be used as a sofa during the day, but opens up into a decent-sized bed when you're ready to sleep. The kitchen, well-lit by a large window that overlooks the street, has a two-burner stovetop, oven, microwave and a small fridge. A modern private bathroom with a shower unit is tucked away in the corner, and there is also a shared laundry room in the building, with a washer and dryer.

Penywern Road is located in West Earl’s Court, just a stone throw's away from the former site of the renowned Earl's Court Exhibition Centre and 8 minutes from the Finborough Theatre. The many coffee houses, pubs and restaurants of Old Brompton Road, including the legendary The Troubadour, are less than 5 minutes away. West London's hottest shopping spot, Kensington High Street, is also within walking distance from the flat, as are the Imperial College London and the Royal Colleges of Art and Music. And if you ever want to get lost in nature, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are not that far either!
