Overview

The hip little in Hammersmith

Because I'm all about location

Will I like it here?

We think so.

Looking for simplicity and affordability in the heart of London? Live life outside and only need the basics? Check this one out.

Really? Tell me more...

You will love how much is packed into this cosy space. Comfortable single bed, equipped kitchen, and a small table for meals, work or study. You live in London? What more do you need?

We think it’s ideal for a single student or professional looking to make the most of London living. Hammersmith is a trendy spot, with lots of great restaurants and plenty of cool bars.

Your top 3 reasons to rent here:

  • Keep life simple with a compact studio.
  • The sleeping area gets plenty of natural light.
  • The location, of course.

But you need to know this...

  • This apartment is definitely on the small side. But, what it lacks in space it more than makes up for with the great location.

Your Home-checker, Ike, said:

“I loved this property. It’s compact, functional, and in a great location."

Help me make up my mind…

This is a cute and cosy studio apartment on Fulham Palace Road, London. It's all about minimalism here, with a single bed, compact equipped kitchen and a small desk.

We think this studio is ideal for on-the-go singles. You're close to the best London has to offer here, and the Underground is handy to whip you around town.

What we liked the most

  • Enjoying the simplicity of a studio – who needs walls anyway?
  • Waking up with the sun – start the day the right way.
  • Exploring the local restaurants – there are plenty to choose from around here.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no oven or stove in the kitchen. There is a microwave though, so you can still whip up basic meals. Also, it's worth noting that the fridge is half sized.
  • The washing machine and dryer are located in a common area of the building. You will need to pay to use these.
  • The bathroom is definitely on the compact side too. It does the trick though.
