The cute and cosy

Because all I need is a place to hang my coat and rest my head

Will I like it here?

We think so.

Is location the most important thing you look for in an apartment? This compact studio has what you need and is in the right spot.

Really? Tell me more...

You will love how much is packed into this cosy space. Comfortable double bed, equipped kitchen, and a small table for meals. Life is simple in a studio.

We think it’s ideal for anyone looking to make the most of London living. You'll have all the shops, restaurants and bars you need within easy reach, as well as a park for your morning jog. Sorted.

Your top 3 reasons to rent here:

  • Keep life simple with a compact studio.
  • The apartment gets plenty of natural light.
  • Hammersmith is vibrant, central and plenty of fun.

But you need to know this...

  • This apartment is definitely on the small side. But, what it lacks in space it more than makes up for with the great location.

Your Home-checker, Ike, said:

“I loved this property. It’s compact and functional, and in a vibrant London location."

Help me make up my mind…

This is a cute and cosy studio apartment on Fulham Palace Road, London. It's a basic set up, but has everything you need including a double bed and a compact equipped kitchen.

We think this studio is ideal for adventurous individuals. London is one fun city, and you're well placed to soak it all up here. Going further afield? The Underground is a short walk away.

What we liked the most

  • Enjoying the simplicity of a studio – less floor space to vacuum?
  • Waking up with the sun – natural light makes us happy.
  • Sipping coffee at Half Moon Cafe – it's your local.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no oven or stove in the kitchen. There is a microwave though, so you can still whip up basic meals. Also, it's worth noting that the fridge is half sized.
  • The washing machine and dryer are located in a common area of the building. You will need to pay to use these.
  • The bathroom is definitely on the compact side and the toilet is very close to the shower. It does the trick though.
