A charming 36m2, 1 bedroom apartment near public transport links is available for rent in Madrid's neighbourhood of Almagro & Trafalgar. This district is in a prime location, close to Madrid's most trendy areas that include Malasaña, Chueca and the city centre. The cosy living room has a dining table for entertaining guests and a comfortable sofa for relaxing. The bedroom features a large built-in closet for storing the tenant's belongings and the compact kitchen has cabinets for storage. Almagro & Trafalgar has its own unique identity and is home to several unique bars, cafés and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

What we liked the most

  • As an interior apartment, this property is not subject to loud street noise at night time.
  • The bedroom has a secondary mattress that is tucked under the bed.
  • Madrid-Recoletos train station is a 15 minute walk from the property.
  • Tenants can walk for 20 minutes to reach the picturesque Retiro Park.
