  • There are also many art-house cinemas in this area, perfect for movie fans.

Things to keep in mind

  • One of the wardrobes in the bedroom is locked and is for use by the landlord but there is adequate space in the other.
  • The apartment is interior but the courtyard is wide, allowing sufficient light.
  • There is no private doorbell for the property but it does have its own private entrance.
