This 55 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the popular neighborhood of Almagro & Trafalgar. The exterior living room provides 2 balconies with views of the tree-lined streets with friendly neighbors. Near the living room you have the 2 bedrooms fully furnished and with plenty of storage space. There is a fully equipped kitchen and 1 full bathroom, both found by the apartment entrance.
Almagro & Trafalgar is a desirable neighborhood in Madrid for its traditional Madrileño atmosphere and location. The apartment is located just 2 minutes to the closest metro station and a huge park. There are also banks, bars, and pharmacies just around the corner.
What we liked the most
- The bedrooms comes with huge standalone wardrobe.
- The balcony comes with 2 door to provide a nice street view while blocking out the noise.
- The living room has high ceilings, AC, and a flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen has both a microwave and electric stove.
- There are many stores right below the apartment and a metro stop just a 2-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no elevator in the building, but luckily the apartment is on the 1st floor.
