This 40 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the neighborhood of Conde Duque. The apartment has a modern and colorful decor, complemented with wood flooring and a marble-tiled bathroom. The kitchen and living room are open-concept, taking advantage of the light from the 2 balconies.
Conde Duque is a great neighborhood because you have everythin you can imagine within walking distance. The are multiple metro stops nearby, as well as the Sala Arena venue and a cinema. The Universidad Pontificia De Comillas is also less than a 10-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- There is central AC – great for summer!
- The 2 living room balconies keep the apartment bright and fresh.
- You have a full-length mirror on the closet doors.
- The bathroom has marble tiling and storage space.
- Towels are included in the rent!
- You have all your basic amenities within walking distance, but also have 3 different metro lines nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a compact kitchen, but it is fully equipped including a dishwasher.
