A 45 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Madrid's Salamanca neighbourhood, just next to the Avenida de América. This property is spacious for a 1-bedroom apartment, and is filled with natural sunlight. There is a large living room which has a comfortable sofa and provides access to the balcony. The kitchen is partially equipped, and there is 1 bathroom in the apartment.
This apartment is on Calle Francisco Silvela in Madrid's prestigious Salamanca area. The local neighbourhood is very pleasant, home to many shops, cafes and restaurants to keep you entertained. You will be living just 3 minutes from the Intercambiador de Avenida de América metro station, which offers the most possible transfers out of all the metro stations in Madrid.
What we liked the most
- AC units are spread throughout the property - ideal for summer.
- There is a little balcony attached to the living room.
- The living room is very spacious and bright.
- The apartment has plenty of storage space.
- Dogs are allowed to live in the apartment!
- You will be living just next to Avenida de América, which has many public transport connections.
