This 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle Francisco Remiro in Guindalera. The 69 m² apartment has a large, well-furnished living area, and is decorated with murals on the walls. The kitchen is also fully equipped, and there is access to an enclose balcony which serves as a storage and laundry room.
You'll be in a quiet, residential side street, but within a short walk of busier areas. There are plenty of local shops and cafes on Avenida de Bruselas, and you can walk to the northern edge of the Salamanca area, near Plaza de Toros in about 10-minutes.
What we liked the most
- We love the murals in the apartment. Particularly the giant map of the world.
- The shower is really spacious – no more bumped elbows.
- Although controversial, if you have the stomach for it, you are very close to Madrid's main bullring. If that's not for you, there are some great restaurants and bars in the area.
- Guindalera itself isn't known for shopping or nightlife, but you will be a short walk here from both the Salamanca and Prosperidad districts, which are much busier. Win-win!
