A convenient, 25 m², 1-bedroom apartment with AC is available to rent in Madrid's Atocha area. This apartment is compact yet practical - it has everything you need. the living area and fully equipped kitchen are combined in an open-plan layout, and you can close folding doors for when you are not using the kitchen. The bedroom is cosy and equipped with a single bed.
This apartment is situated on Calle Gobernador in Atocha, just 15 minutes from Sol. The local area is sometimes known as Huertas or Barrio de las Letras, and is home to many restaurants, bars, cafes and independent boutiques. You will be living just 10 minutes from the popular Retiro Park, and Atocha, Madrid's main train station, is about 5 minutes away.
