This 62 m², 1-bedroom apartment in Rios Rosas is a stylish property with lots of hidden extras. The open-concept living room and kitchen makes the most of the space available with a multi-functional breakfast bar, large couch with extra ottoman seating, and an office corner. The corner bedroom has a double bed, lots of storage space, and opens up onto a small balcony. There is 1 full bathroom that is spacious and comes with a large rainfall shower head.
On Calle Ponzano, the apartment is in a lively and trendy area of Madrid. Within 5 minutes of the apartment you can find delicious restaurants that include Korean, Italian, and Peruvian cuisines. There are also plenty of shops and cocktails bars to explore. The apartment is very well-connected with 3 different metro stops nearby.
What we liked the most
- Having central AC is a much needed luxury during Madrid summers.
- The kitchen has fully integrated appliances such as a dishwasher, washer-dryer unit, microwave, and large refrigerator.
- Make use of the built-in wine freezer and star a Wine Wednesday tradition with friends.
- Not only do you have a desk, but you also have a printer.
- There's a built-in sound system that allows you to play music in all of the rooms.

- If you are interested in a parking space, the landlady is willing to help you find one nearby.
