Spotahome's opinion
Flat of 110 m2 located in front of the Retiro Municipal Library. It has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious and bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Very well connected by metro and bus. One minute from the metro stop Pacífico line 1 and 6.
What we liked the most
- The location is excellent. Central, close to the amazing Retiro Park and by public transport.
- All bedrooms have foldable racks to dry clothes, convenient.
- The living room is colourful and has plenty of good seating space.

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
