This 3-bedroom apartment on Comandante fortea, in Principe Pio is modern and has a heap of style. The property has an open plan kitchen and living area, which gets plenty of natural light and opens out onto a lovely little balcony. The tidy tiled bathroom is spacious and has a large shower.
The apartment is located in Principe Pio and sits right on the bank of the Manzanares. The apartment is within easy reach of public transport, and is a short stroll from Parque del Oeste.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a beautiful living area.
- Central heating is installed throughout.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.
- There is a tidy tiled bathroom.
- The location is quiet but within easy reach of the city centre.
- There is AC in the living room, perfect for the Spanish summer!
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady can provide a wardrobe for bedroom 2 and a desk for bedroom 3.
