This 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in a quiet neighbourhood nearby a new library and excellent public transportation. The apartment has a big, comfortable living area, with AC, sofa, a dining table and plenty of storage space. There is an enclosed balcony with more shelving space and the view overlooks the internal patio/garden. It is perfectly peaceful all year round. The rooms are spacious with one room having twin single beds, while the other has a double bed.

As the apartment is outside of the hustle and bustle of Madrid centre, the surrounding area is tranquil and relaxed with lots of greenery. Plaza de Aluche is where you will find all your retail needs. There are supermarkets, Ahorramas and Carrefour, down the road and plenty of bars, yoga studios and restaurants. You are also within easy walking distance of 2 trains which will take you to Atocha station or into Gran Vía.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is spacious and well equipped apartment with plenty of storage space throughout.
  • The location is superb, surrounded by greenery but yet has plenty of restaurants and bars.
  • Nearby Plaza de Aluche is the biggest shopping centre in the neighbourhood.
  • You're only 3 stops by suburban train (cercanias) to Atocha station.
  • A brand-new library is nearby the apartment. Perfect for avid readers!
  • There is a bus stop across the street from the apartment, where you can catch a bus directly to the Somosaguas University.
