This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle Lagasca is in an ideal location to explore Madrid. The front door opens up into a cozy living area with attractive laminate flooring. What it lacks in space, it makes up for in modern charm. Simply furnished with a red and white palette, there is a sofa, shelving and a dresser with a TV. There isn’t a dining room, but there are two chairs at a breakfast bar that divides the room from the equipped kitchen, which has large windows that bring in natural light. In the bedroom you’ll find a comfy double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower stall and another window.

Located in an upscale area called Salamanca, your apartment is surrounded by exclusive shops and beautiful boutiques. Shopping isn’t the only thing you can do in this neighborhood, but you’ll be happy to note that the El Corte Inglés, only 3 minutes away, does have a supermarket. Also, within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find a health club, wine store and several wonderful restaurants. If you enjoy green spaces, you can spend some time strolling through El Retiro park, which is just 15 minutes south of your apartment.
