The windows wrap around one side of the wall giving you plenty of light and a great feeling of space. The kitchen is open-plan and is fully equipped with everything that you need. The bathroom is simple with shower over bath, toilet, basin and mirror. The bedroom has a double bed, cupboards and a high window which may not have the best views, but gives a lot of light.

Located in an upscale area called Salamanca, your apartment is surrounded by exclusive shops and beautiful boutiques. You can shop all week and all weekend. Close by you have a great market, Mercado de la Paz to wander around at the weekend. If you feel like a nice stroll, a run, or even a go in a boat, head to Retiro park, which is just 15 minutes south of your apartment.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is in the best area of Madrid where all the luxury shops are located.
  • There is lots of space and storage in the apartment, so you don't have to worry about packing light!
  • It is close to Mercado de la Paz, a great market with fresh produce and Cafetería Restaurante Casa Dani, which is meant to have the best tortillas in Madrid.
