The Professional

Because I want to feel like I rule the world.

Will I like it here?

Uh, yeah. This is a classy, sophisticated joint for the model professional. You even get brand new pots and pans.

And before you ask, yes, you do get a collection of potted plants and cacti in your living room.

Really? Tell me more...

You'll be living in wealthy and wonderful Salamanca, with an apartment to match. Expect Salamanca decor, Salamanca views, and that Salamanca strut in your step.

We think this is an ideal catch for a career-focused couple who prefer wine to beer, and fish to chicken.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • Natural light floods the living room and bedroom.
  • Ensuite bathroom? Ensuite bathroom.
  • Our Homechecker said it is a 20-second walk to Diego de León metro. That's really close.

But you need to know this...

  • We wish there was a TV. But it's a sacrifice we're willing to make.

And this...

  • Only postgraduates and professionals allowed. Sorry, students.

Our Homechecker, Marcos, said:

“This is a beautiful apartment in one of the most beautiful parts of Madrid. It is in a convenient area and gets plenty of natural light, too."

Give it to me straight...

This is a 6th floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Juan Bravo in Salamanca, Madrid. It comes with AC, kitchen, ensuite bathroom, and lots of natural light.

We think professionals will love this place, especially if they want spectacular views with their morning coffee.
