This 55 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Charmartín, Madrid. There is a beautiful living room with a sofa, armchair and a coffee table, which face a large, flat-screen television. There is also a dining table and chairs, and the room leads out onto a small private balcony on which smoking is allowed. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery and also has a microwave, a small electric stove, and a washing machine. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, 2 nightstands, and a built-in wardrobe.

There are lots of shops here, and a grocery store on the same road. There's also a pharmacy nearby, and lots of public transport options to get you elsewhere in Madrid.
