This modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a 40 m² footprint on Travesia de la Comadre in Lavapiés. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a TV and sofa. The kitchen also comes with a microwave and plenty of cupboard space, while the bathroom is similarly well-equipped.
There are a few restaurants within a 5-minute walk of this apartment, as well as a supermarket. The San Miguel Market and Plaza Mayor are both a little further away at around a 10-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a storage area in the apartment which is useful for storing larger items like suitcases.
- There is heating and AC in some rooms to keep you comfortable year round.
- The bedroom has a standalone wardrobe so there is space for your belongings.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- Most of the windows in this apartment are small, and placed high on the wall so it may get dark easily.
