This is a 3-bedroom apartment in a great Madrid neighbourhood.

The apartment is freshly renovated and opens out into a living room and kitchen area. The living room has a TV, sofas and a dining table, with some cool exposed brickwork on the walls. The kitchen has a new washing machine and dishwasher, a multi-purpose microwave oven, an electric stove and lots of storage space. Be warned - press the cupboards to open them, they don't have handles! Note that there are 2 private patio areas in the area, however, they are connected to two of the bedrooms and not through the shared area.

There is 1 a bathroom in the property, plus 1 en-suite. The bathroom is as new as everything else in the property, with a toilet, sink and shower cubicle.

The property has 3 bedrooms - also refurbished. They all have double beds and storage space with close access to a bathroom - though only Bedroom 2 has a private bathroom. By the way, we love the lighting in all the bedrooms - check the photos to see some very unexpected lampshades.

The apartment is also close to the popular Malasaña neighbourhood and you can get to Iglesia Metro in less than 5 minutes - connecting you to Sol, Gran Via and the rest of Madrid's hot spots.

To pay on move in

Your security deposit will be held by the landlord during your stay. It will be returned to you after you leave, minus the cost of any damages caused during the tenancy.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
