We're in love with this great big family home! It's spacious and modern, with 3 big double bedrooms, a huge living room, 2 shared and 1 en-suite bathroom, a contemporary kitchen with attached dining room, an interior patio, 2 parking spaces, and a big, green garden full of trees.

So what else? The house is completely furnished, equipped with modern fittings, and all the appliances you'll need for convenience. 3 full bathrooms mean you'll never have to queue for the shower in the morning. The living room is so big you could get lost in there! And the garden is a massive space of greenery and privacy.

You'll be living in Salvador, a peaceful residential district in the east of the city. This area is great for commuters with the M-30 just a 5-minute drive away. There are both a primary and a secondary school at the end of the road, and several useful shops within a short walk, as well as a handful of bars and restaurants. The relaxing and tranquil Parque de la Quinta de los Molinos is also just a short walk away.

What we liked the most

  • The master bedroom is fantastic. This grand double bedroom has loads of built-in closet space, and its own stylish en-suite bathroom.
  • How about that garden! 500 m² of greenery, including fruit trees!
  • There are 2 private parking spaces in the property, and the M-30 is a short drive away, making this ideal for a professional family who need to commute to work.
  • Although only a few local restaurants and bars will be found around here, you'll sure to become a regular at at least one of them, as they're all very popular with the residents. Check out Aboca Restobar - it's family friendly, and has good home cooked food which changes each week.

Things to keep in mind

  • Unfortunately it was winter when Spotahome visited, so the garden wasn't looking its best. Rest assured that in the summer it will be a beautiful green space, and you'll love to relax in the shaded patio on a lazy weekend, listening to the birds singing in the trees.
  • One of the bedroom faces the patio and the other two have views to the garden.
