This modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a spacious 80 m² footprint on Calle de Juan Ramón Jiménez in Chamartín. The bedroom has a double bed and a large window with a great view of Madrid, while the kitchen has a 2-burner stove as well as a full-sized refrigerator.
There are plenty of places to go in Chamartín, including Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, the Arte Canal Exhibition Center and the Centro Comercial Moda Shopping mall - all of which are within a 15-minute walk. You'll find something to please everyone here.
What we liked the most
- The large living room is well-equipped with a TV, sofa and table and chairs, as well as a spectacular view of the city.
- The apartment is close to public transport so exploring the rest of Madrid is easy.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
- There are 2 built-in wardrobes so there is plenty of space for your belongings.
Things to keep in mind
- The bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
