This 65 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in Urgel has cozy bedrooms and a well-furnished common area. Both rooms are exterior, but bedroom 1 opens up onto a personal balcony. The kitchen and living are open-plan with wood flooring and designed floor tiling. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, and a washing machine. The Urgel area of the Carabanchel district is about 20 minutes southwest of Madrid City Center. On Calle de Blasa Péres, you are well-connected by the line 5 Metro, which is just a few minutes away.
