This 35 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is on the 6th floor of a building in upscale Salamanca. The living room opens up onto a spacious terrace, that provides great views of the neighborhood. The main room is a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, dining table, TV, and equipped kitchen corner. There is a cozy exterior room that comes with a single bed and shelving.
On Calle de Lagasca, you are minutes from several shopping streets where you can find brand names such as Mango, Sephora, and Zara. Salamanca is also known for its cute boutiques and delicious restaurants. When you want to explore Madrid, you can easily get around by Metro.
