This chic 2-bedroom apartment on Paseo de las Delicias in Delicias is beautifully furnished throughout. With 2 bathrooms, a balcony, a study nook and large kitchen, dining/living space, this apartment makes the most of its 95 m². The first bedroom holds a large double bed and is connected to an en-suite, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds and a desk, perfect to be used as a main bedroom, guest room, or office. Both bedrooms have large amounts of storage.
The apartment is located in a well-connected neighborhood with plenty to see and do. The triangle of art, Reina Sofia, Prado and Thyssen museums are near by, as well as a bakery, ice cream shop, salons, a bank and a range of stores. The bus stop right across the road will make transport easy.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- Built-in bookcases in the hallway add extra storage.
- The balcony provides an outside space to soak in the fresh air and sun.
- The bathroom has a beautiful free standing bathtub.
- The kitchen is modern, fully equipped and has an oven, microwave and dishwasher.
- The apartment is close to transport and amenities.
Things to keep in mind
- There is so dryer, however there is plenty of space to put a clothes rack.
