Recently renovated, the apartment is stylish with new decor but still maintains some of the buildings original structure. There is wood flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. There are 2 full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.

On Calle de San Andrés, you are across the street from Malasaña's Plaza del Dos de Mayo, which is always full of people chatting and enjoying sunny days. Malasaña is known for its trendy vibe with craft breweries, vintage shops, and cute cafés. Although there is plenty to explore around you, you are also very well-connected by Metro.
