A sunny 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent near the Metro in Arroyo del Fresno. The apartment has a charming living room, where you can relax on the cozy couch and soak up the sun from the large, floor-to-ceiling window, or sit down to a delicious meal at the dining table with family or friends. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a 4-burner electric stove and a large fridge-freezer.
Both bedrooms are spacious, and each is well-furnished with either a single or double bed and plenty of storage space for all your things. In the bathroom, you'll find a sizable shower. In a small laundry room, you'll also have a washing machine to use.
You'll be living in Arroyo del Fresno, a tranquil and well-connected neighborhood to the north of Madrid. Around the area, you'll find a few small cafes, a supermarket, and several small parks to enjoy. And, with a Metro station nearby, you'll never be far from anything in Madrid!
