This cosy 1-bedroom apartment on Calle de Preciados, in Centro is fully furnished and equipped with heating and AC. The property is compact, but packs a punch, with a modern equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with sofa and television, and a tidy tiled bathroom.
The apartment is located in Centro, right in the historic heart of Madrid. Some of the most iconic spots in the city are found around here, including Gran Via, and Puerta del Sol, Madrid's bustling central Plaza. Public transport is never far away, so getting around the city is breeze.
What we liked the most
- Centro, is... you guessed it, central! Madrid is a city best explored on foot, and this is an ideal spot from which to set off.
- The apartment features nice polished wooden floors.

- Heating and AC is installed to help keep you comfortable year round.
