The X floor apartment is well-decorated creating a cozy atmosphere. The living room comes with a couch, dining table, and flat-screen TV. The kitchen also comes fully equipped and has an attached laundry area.
Usera is located across the Madrid Río. On Calle de Antonio López, you have the best of both worlds in a residential building with modern amenities but just a couple Metro stops from Madrid Centro. The Madrid Río is the perfect place to relax or do exercise and enjoy Madrid's sunny days.
