This lovely 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Calle de Atocha in Centro. You cannot get a better location than this. Calle de Atocha is one of Madrid’s principal streets where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. This apartment comes unfurnished. There is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The kitchen comes with appliances, such as a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, and an oven. Bedroom 1 comes with its own walk-in closet while bedroom 2 is an interior room with a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. Although this apartment is unfurnished, this allows you to make it your own.

To pay on move in

Your security deposit will be held by the landlord during your stay. It will be returned to you after you leave, minus the cost of any damages caused during the tenancy.
