This 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in Madrid Centro offers 120 m² of space and beautiful city views. The largest room in the property is the living room that comes with 3 couches, a dining table, and a wall covered in windows. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and 2 full bathroom, one of which is en-suite.
The apartment is on the 7th floor overlooking with lovely views of Plaza de España and parts of the Madrid skyline. In the plaza, you are extremely central, right next to Gran Vía lined with shops and theaters. You are walking distance to the neighboring Malasaña district, which is the place to go for trendy bars and vintage shopping.
What we liked the most
- Kelly, our Homechecker, loved the views of Plaza de España.
- We also love the spacious and stylish living room.
- Bedroom 2 has an en-suite bathroom.
- There is weekly cleaning.
