  • The bathroom has been tastefully renovated.
  • There is an extendable dining table and the coffee table doubles as a bench, so you can have friends over for a meal.
  • There are stylish feature tiles on the floors.
  • The Metro stops a short walk away to take you to other parts of the city.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment does not have a permanent heating system, although sometimes the underfloor heating system will be on. This is controlled by the landlady who lives next door.
  • There is no washing machine in the apartment.
  • The bedroom has a large window that overlooks the kitchen/living area.
  • The kitchen is not fully equipped.
