In this lovely 1-bedroom apartment you will be greeted with a spacious living room which comes furnished with a nice sofa, facing the TV. Here, you will also find a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The decor is amazing with a mixture of soft and hard colours. The bedroom is as beautiful as the apartment. Lastly, the apartment also features an AC which is a must for Madrid's summer!
You will be living in a area where you can enjoy the best of both worlds. When you want peace and tranquillity, you can walk around the Madrid Río and visit the park around. If you want to party, trendy neighbourhoods such as La Latina and Malasaña are also not far away!
