Located in the northern district of Chamartín, this 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is a well-decorated, modern property. The apartment has high ceilings, artwork covered walls, and stylish decor. The kitchen and living room are semi-open with a dining area for 6, a sitting area, and a fully equipped u-shaped kitchen. The main living area also opens up onto a lovely terrace with street views.
Chamartín is home to Madrid's financial hub. Full of tall skyscrapers, it is home to professionals looking to live close to work or who don't mind a commute. For shopping, you can head towards Paseo de la Castellana, where you'll also find Real Madrid's football stadium.
What we liked the most
- We love the wallpaper throughout, giving each room its own personality.
- Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom.
- Pedro, our Homechecker, loved the apartment.
- You have the airport Metro line nearby.
- The apartment comes with an alarm system.

- If you do notsuccesfully complete the Plus verification made by Spotahome within two weeks after your booking is confirmed, the landlord will ask you to pay 2 months of deposit.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
