We think so. The apartment is simple but comfortable. It comes with all the essentials to make yourself at home and is a 25-minute stroll from campus.

You will love the homely feel of the apartment. Simply but nicely decorated. Cosy and welcoming. The charming living area opens out onto a balcony. Ideal.

We think this apartment is ideal for students who are looking for a cosy place to call home. Listen to some music on your daily walk to campus. Get fit and tanned without even trying.

This is a comfortable 2nd floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Calle Hernán Cortés, in Madrid. Relax in the cosy living area or step outside for a drink on the balcony.

We think this apartment is ideal for students looking for a cosy home away from home. This welcoming flat can even accommodate smokers – smoking on the balcony is a-ok.

What we liked the most

  • Chilling with your flatmates in the cosy living area – there is no place like home.
  • Relaxing outdoors on the terrace – bring a book or catch up on some lecture notes.
  • Walking to campus –stay fit and save money on transport.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. You will tone those legs living here.
  • The landlady can provide more furnishings such as desks, chairs, lamps and closets for the bedrooms. Just need to ask.
