This is a modern 5th floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Calle Del Cerro De Valdecahonde, Madrid. It's all about the views, from the terrace to the open plan living area.

We think this apartment is ideal for a working or postgraduate couple wanting to be on top of the world. And you've got the Train station nearby too. So convenient. Smoker? Feel free to puff away on the terrace.

What we liked the most

  • Trying all of the delish restaurants in your neighbourhood – where to first?
  • Throwing a relaxed kick back for your pals on the terrace – it'd be a shame not to share those views.
  • Pumping iron in the gym – and jumping in the pool for a cool down afterwards.

  • There's no bed in Bedroom 1 currently – hit up the landlord, they'll happily put one in if you'd like one.
