The pros by the park
Because I'm a professional looking to live central
Will I like it here?
We think so.
Looking to soak up Madrid's lively historic heart? Iconic spots, bars and restaurants galore, and Retiro just down the street. Locations don't get much better.
Really? Tell me more...
You will love the location. Meet in Plaza del Sol and start your adventure. There is fun in every direction. Sunny summer day? Retiro park is the spot.
We think it’s ideal for a professional couple. Simple and stylish, it has classic wooden detailing and a splash of colour with a bright red sofa. To top it off there are 2 cute balconies.

“I loved this property. It’s simple and stylish and has been recently painted. Plus, the location is amazing.”
Give it to me straight…
This is a beautiful 1st floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Del Gobernador, Madrid. It offers a lovely living area, classic style, and a couple of standing balconies for your morning coffee.
We think this apartment is perfect for a professional couple. Locations don't get more central, and your adventure starts in Sol. Smokers allowed, but only on the balcony.

Madrid's historic heart
Living here you have it all:
That's the short version.
The only thing missing is you.
What can I do here?
Visit the El Corte Inglés Gourmet Experience to view Madrid from above. It's on the 9th floor of a very flat city.
Meet your friends by the fountain in Puerta del Sol. On New Year's Eve, people from all over Spain gather here to eat grapes. They eat 12 in total, one for each chime of the midnight bell. It's harder than it sounds.
Be a tourist:
Enjoy good food at good prices at Taverna del Norte.
You can find it on Calle Mesonero Romanos. It serves traditional Spanish cuisine. The atmosphere is warm and low-key. The value for money is superb.
The centre of Madrid is the capital's oldest area. It was founded in the late 800s by the Emir of Córdoba, Muhammad I. Groundbreaking.
