We think it’s ideal for a professional couple. Simple and stylish, it has classic wooden detailing and a splash of colour with a bright red sofa. To top it off there are 2 cute balconies.

  • The location. The botanical gardens are a short walk away.

But you need to know this...

  • This apartment is located on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. A short climb will do you good.

This is a beautiful 1st floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Del Gobernador, Madrid. It offers a lovely living area, classic style, and a couple of standing balconies for your morning coffee.

We think this apartment is perfect for a professional couple. Locations don't get more central, and your adventure starts in Sol. Smokers allowed, but only on the balcony.

What we liked the most

  • Entertaining in the living – dinner party anyone?
  • Throwing open the doors to the balcony – let in the sounds of the city.
  • Jogging in the park – stay fit in nature.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a washing machine but no dryer – no probs, just grab yourself a rack.
  • The mattress for the bed will have arrived by the time you move in.

With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

  • ID or Passport
    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
