This is a lovely 1st floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Agustín Lara, Madrid. It has a cool living room, flawless decor, and Aravaca is as chill as can be.

We think this apartment is perfect for professionals. Although the area has a good public transport service, Aravaca might be more suitable for car owners.

To pay on move in

Your security deposit will be held by the landlord during your stay. It will be returned to you after you leave, minus the cost of any damages caused during the tenancy.
