You get access to a large, communal patio. It’s great to breathe in some fresh air, or meet some neighbours.

We think this apartment would suit a single person who doesn’t need much space, but needs a spot to explore the city from.

What we liked the most

  • Ambling down to Fuencarral street for a bout of shopping.
  • Listening to happy songs in the yellow kitchen while making dinner.
  • Stepping out into the shared patio to meet your neighbours, or just to chill.

Things to keep in mind

  • This is a basement flat, a little on the small side. However, it has a patio which will stop you getting cabin fever.
