What we liked the most

  • The semi-open concept living room takes you into full relax-mode with its warm tones and plush couch.
  • There is a mini-cloak area in the front entrance, perfect for leaving all the stress of the day at the front door.
  • Puerta de Àngel is one of Madrid's most scenic districts within the inner-city and features many gorgeous views.
  • A nice stroll to catch the sunset at Templo de Debod Egyptian ruins is less than 30 minutes.

Things to keep in mind

  • Great news: This apartment building does not have an elevator. Can we say free workout?
  • Looking to have a total relax zone, off the grid? This place is currently Wifi free and perfect for those who want a break from technology overload.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
  • Direct debit of the rental payment
    Monthly rent payments are done through our platform on this property. We'll charge you automatically each month using direct debit, without any extra cost.
