Piso listo para entrar por temporadas para estancias entre cinco meses y dos años, equipado con todo lo necesario, sábanas, toallas, menaje de cocina, etc.- Cerca hay supermercados abiertos 24 horas y Centros comerciales a 300 metros, así como restaurantes, cines, tiendas, todo muy cerca. El metro esta enfrente y hay otras 2 estaciones a menos de 200 metros. Hay alquiler de bicicletas eléctricas municipales.
Además es muy silenciosa y dispone de un patio. Solo pagara el alquiler y las comisiones de spotahome, que serán descontadas de las fianzas. Una de las fianzas se destina a cubrir los gastos de luz, gas e internet.
