This spacious, modern and fully refurbished two-bedroom flat is ideal for a holiday with family or friends.
It is located in the central Salamanca district, a glamorous neighbourhood with grand 19th century avenues lined with fine dining restaurants and designer boutiques, known as the "Golden Mile of Madrid". It's close to Platea Madrid, an exclusive gourmet market housed in a former theatre, and just off Plaza de Colón you'll find the National Archaeological Museum, home to works of art and prehistoric relics from the Iberian Peninsula.

A modern and bright apartment with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a balcony, located in an upscale neighbourhood, 15 minutes on the metro from Puerta del Sol. You'll also find it close to Retiro Park, a lovely place to hang out when you're craving some nature time.

OTHER RULES:
- Garbage must be deposited in the containers that are enabled for this purpose outside the building at the established hours.
- The reserved apartment can only be occupied by the people indicated in the booking request.
- The apartment must be delivered in the same general cleaning conditions as it was delivered, otherwise an extra cleaning of € 150 will be charged.
- If due to the behavior of any of the occupants of the apartment an altercation of public order occurs, the landlord reserves the right to vacate the apartment of all the occupants.
- Do not throw waste, garbage or any other object down the toilet
- It is not allowed to change any of the furniture in the house.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Tickets (arrival day) after 9:00 p.m. will have an additional charge of 35€. Entries after 24:00 hours will have an additional charge of 50€

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
