Whether you are traveling for business or sightseeing, you will love this apartment with luxury finishings for its location in the historical, cultural and leisure centre of Madrid. It is central but on a very quiet street, next to the Plaza de España Metro station. It is a 5-minute walk from the Temple of Debod or the Gran Vía (where theatres put on the biggest musical shows in Spain) and a 10-minute walk from the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, the San Miguel Market and the Príncipe Pío.

The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The living room is divided into two main areas: a dining area that accommodates up to eight people, and the sitting area with a comfortable sofa- bed and a 50-inch Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, electric juicer, cutlery, tableware, kitchenware and basic products like olive oil, salt or coffee that you can use during your stay.

The main bedroom, with a 160x200cm (63x79in) double bed, has a complete en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two 90cm single beds and a full bathroom right next to it. Both bedrooms are equipped with clean linen. The two bathrooms have a large bath and you will find clean towels, gel and shampoo.

The building also has a heated indoor swimming pool, a summer outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna, with free access.

Hair dryers and a clothes iron are also available in the apartment.

Throughout the apartment you will enjoy a powerful WIFI connection.

Aside from the apartment, the building includes a climatized swimming pool, sauna and gym.

The apartment is very close to the Royal Palace, the northern front of which overlooks the French-style Sabatini Gardens. Opposite the Palace is the Plaza de Oriente, the largest square in Madrid and next to it, the Almudena Cathedral, built on an Arab wall.

From here you can walk to the Viaduct on Bailén Street, from which you will overlook a spectacular panorama, with the Manzanares River straddled by the 16th century Segovia bridge.

Going up the Cuesta de San Vicente we arrive at the Plaza de España, which features two of the most emblematic buildings of Madrid's 1950s architectural modernity; the Tower of Madrid and the España Building. Next to this square is the Temple of Debod, an Egyptian monument of the 4th century BC, dedicated to the goddess Isis. A viewpoint from the esplanade overlooks the Casa de Campo, Madrid's biggest park.

Inside it is the Zoo, the Amusement Park and an artificial lake of Renaissance origin, where you can enjoy a ride on small rowing boats or a collective motor boat. You can get there using the cable car, which runs from the Paseo del Pintor Rosales to the Casa de Campo, overflying the Parque del Oeste, the Rose Garden, the Hermitage of San Antonio de la Florida and the Manzanares river.

A 15-minute walk from the apartment is Fuencarral Street, one of the best-known streets in Madrid because of the variety of the shopping it offers. The stretch that reaches the Glorieta de Bilbao is mostly pedestrian and has many shops of fashion brands, sport shoes, design, etc. On this street as well as in the nearby neighbourhoods of Chueca and Malasaña, you will find shops of local designers as well as other offerings aimed at an urban and alternative public; tattoo studios, art bookstores and comics or decoration shops.

The Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor are also a 15-minute walk away.
