This apartment is located on the first floor of a building that is equipped with an elevator. There is central heating and natural gas water heating. Clothes can be dried on an individual rack inside the flat. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property.
Spotahome's opinion
This nice, modern two bedroom flat for rent is located in the Rios Rosas neighborhood, a short walk or metro ride from IE Business School. It has all modern amenities to have a comfortable stay in Madrid. When you enter the flat you have an entrance way that leads corridor, which has access to all the other rooms in the home. The first door on your left is the kitchen, and from there is access to a small dedicated room for the washing machine, as well as a half bathroom. Returning to the corridor, the next room you reach is the bathroom. After that is the smaller of the two bedrooms; then the living room and, finally, a larger master bedroom.
What we liked the most
- The full bathroom is very spacious and well lit. It has a full bathtub with shower, toilet, sink and mirror.
- The first bedroom has two twin beds that convert into what is known as a day bed and functions as a sofa.
- The living room is nicely decorated with a window to an internal patio. It has a convertible sofa, arm chair, television, and arm chair.
- The master bedroom has two windows with lots of light, two tables, a chest of drawers, an ottoman, as well as a desk and chair. It also has a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage.
